• If you are unsure if you require a new roof or are preparing an Insurance claim we will send a qualified member of our Roofing team to site measure your home. IDEAL also utilizes Eagleview Technologies
  to obtain detailed roof measurements in a fraction of the time.
• Discuss your options in a face-to-face meeting. There are several shingle and accessory items on the market. Let’s discuss your needs & budget to put together the IDEAL roof.
• Sign-off on your contract and provide a 20% deposit*. We do not change the price unless you change the scope of work and we will not invoice for the balance until the job is done.

Re-Roofing Execuction

• We can book you in right away or set a target install date as your job progresses.
• Execution with quality. Our crews will install according to the IDEAL Roofing standards manual. All jobs are overseen by our roofing team and you are not required to pay until all issues are resolved.
• Follow-up. We inspect your roof and sign-off that all factors are met. If you have any concerns please communicate them to us so we can ensure we leave you with a finished product you are happy with.
