IDEAL Insulation & Roofing first achieved its COR certification in 2011 and has a company wide safety program administered by a full-time Safety Manager. We were proud to achieve our 3-year COR in 2012 after an extensive external audit. We even scored in the 90th percentile during our latest Safety Audit conducted in January 2013. We constantly invest in first aid and fall arrest training as well as daily communication with our team to ensure that Safety is held in the highest regard.

New Construction Roofing Quoting Steps

  • Send over your plans. We can perform a take-off from your drawings and provide you with a detailed quote.
  • Discuss your options. There are several shingle and accessory items on the market. Let’s discuss your needs & budget to put together the IDEAL roof.
  • Sign-off on your contract and provide a 20% deposit. We do not change the price unless you change the scope of work and we will not invoice for the balance until the job is done.

New Construction Roofing Execuction

  • Keep us updated on your timelines. We can pre-book a product load and install date or work with you as your job progresses.
  • Execution with quality. Our crews will install according to the IDEAL Roofing standards manual. All jobs are overseen by our roofing team and you are not required to pay until all issues are resolved.
  • Follow-up. We inspect your roof and sign-off that all factors are met. If you have any concerns please communicate them to us so we can ensure we leave you with a finished product you are happy with.
